Description
In this course, we discuss organization structures, team interactions, performance evaluations, giving and receiving feedback and deepen the learnings through practice. It is important to understand how organizations structure their teams to execute on their mission and accomplish their goals, and how you need to fit within it to contribute effectively. To perform well in your job and advance in your career you need to understand your role within your team and work effectively against communication, performance, and feedback expectations. This course will deepen your understanding and confidence to develop a personalized strategy to work effectively within a team and organization.
