In this course we will be aligning your SOAR Strategy and Positioning insights to build out the essential tools for your Job Search toolkit. Your Job Search Toolkit will include your Resume, Cover Letter, LinkedIn Profile, Portfolio (if required by your desired career) and Elevator Pitch to execute your professional goals and position yourself for desired opportunities and roles. We will do an in-depth review of top tips and strategies to developing, enhancing and updating your Resume, Cover Letter, LinkedIn Portfolio and Elevator Pitch and make sure these job search tools support and highlight the key aspects of your Personal Positioning Statement.

Your Job Search Toolkit is the most important requirement to getting noticed by your target hiring managers, recruiters and employers for job opportunities. While it is important to identify and be able to speak to your unique skills and experience, your values and what is it that differentiates you from all the other applicants, your Resume, Cover Letter, LinkedIn Portfolio and Elevator Pitch go a step further to communicate, demonstrate and reinforce your personal characteristics and professional experience.
